Feva launches new junior fishing series for 2026 at Makins Fishery


Feva are proud to announce, in conjunction with Nelson Angling Academy, the Feva Junior Makins Masters 2026.

This junior series is for ages 10-16 and there are some awesome tackle prizes to be won, as well as a cash prize for the grand final winner.

We encourage entries from all anglers in the age bracket - even if you don't win, it's a great learning experience for young anglers to develop their skills and make a few friends on the bank. We hope to see you at one of the qualifiers.

You can enter as many qualifiers as you like, so long as there is space available and you are capable of fishing independently. You must not be aged over 16 by the day of the final on 20th September.

Entry is done via Makins Fishery directly so please contact them to book.

15th March
26th April
25th May
4th July
26th July

The grand final at which there are many prizes up for grabs is on Sunday 20th September.

All matches are at Makins Fishery in Bramcote, Nuneaton, CV11 6QJ.

Match Rules • Must not be over 16 for the final in September • To be fished completely independently (help must be with fish care only) • Minimum 2 keepnets • 60lb limit per keepnet • All nets to be laid out on the bank upon arrival at peg • Fishery rules must be abided by • Pellets must be house pellet only • Any fish hooked at the all out must be landed within 15 minutes • DRAW: 8:30am at Makins Cafe • FISHING: 10am to 4pm
